Refund policy

PSW Christian Retail wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible returns: Returns of eligible, unused, non-personalized items may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Personalized items: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pastorwilliams@pswministries64.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve the matter.

How to request a return: Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions. Please do not mail items back without receiving instructions.

Refunds: Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on your payment provider.

Shipping costs: Shipping charges and return shipping costs will be handled as required by applicable law and based on the circumstances of the return.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
